Essentially the sheets of the British Edition bound in different covers. Probably not reprinted in this format, but an almost identical edition was issued in 1984 with a different ISBN.

Strictly speaking not a British edition, this was probably produced for export - it is unpriced. In his Tolkien bibliography, Wayne G. Hammond states that it is Canadian, but some of the copies seen appear to have been sold in Germany. Copies may have been exported to a number of countries.
