A small number of copies printed before 15 November 2005 have a printing problem - most obvious on page 5 of Issue 17. The problem was corrected for later printed copies. On the spine of paperback copies, the contents are recorded as '11-21' rather than '11-20' - this may have been corrected for later printed copies.
