There were four impressions issued under the George Allen & Unwin imprint:

1st Impression 1976
2nd Impression 1979
3rd Impression 1984
4th impression 1986

A further impression under the Unwin Hyman imprint was issued in a slipcase in 1990.

Some copies of the 1976 Allen & Unwin Deluxe Edition have been seen in a Folio Society binding. The Folio Society may have received some A&U sheets in error, or they might have requested additional copies after printing had been completed.
