Wayne Hammond’s Tolkien bibliography describes an edition issued by Book Club Associates as being issued as a hardback in dustwrapper. Given the fact that most other BCA Tolkien editions are present in large numbers on the secondhand market, it seems remarkable that none of this edition have been seen. It may be that this is an error and that BCA issued unpriced copies without a dustwrapper. |
